Best Horizontal Slot Support Settings
I have a model that contains relatively thin horizontal slot-like areas. By this, I mean areas that have a completely flat surface both above & below them. The amount of space between them is 3mm, and they are approximately 25mm deep. I would assume this would require use of Support(s) in Cura. However, because the slots are only open on one side and are so thin, I am not sure how to remove the Support(s). It is important that most (if not all) of any Support(s) inside the slots is removed, because they model is intended to have stuff slid into the slots. If necessary, I can modify my design to slightly change the size of the slots, but not by more than approximately 0.5mm, and they would still be deep and thin. Any suggestions?
