Projet 460 head print (hp11) too hot, help?

I currently working on a 3D Systems Projet 450 machine, the same as Zprint 450/350, the machine was stored very dirty for almost 5 years and now it is back in operations, the machine was sent to the technician and the pogo card was changed because it has a failure, after that the machine was working properly till a few days ago that we attempt to build a bigger part, after that the machine shows the error of low lube on the slow axis, so we add more lube, but after that the error 1006 hp11 print head too hot appears... we change the hp11 for a new one twice, but the error is still there, also the binder flow is slower that it should be...I suppose that the high temperature is related to the low flow, any suggestions to fix the problem?
