    Heater decoupled help

Good morning! Just got my printer up and running, but every time I go to heat the bed and extruder, the lcd displays "heater decoupled". All wires are good, ideas? Also, when it goes to print, it's about 2 inches from the bed, recalibrate Z?

    Thanks!

2 inches? ok thats a long way off. I'd be wondering if something serious has broke.
Start by calibrating the z axis and see if that fix's it, but be prepared it may be a bigger fix than that

you say you only just got it running? Can you return it as faulty, that sounds like a faulty heater to me

Sounds like something faulty or bad in the firmware. Has it ever worked?

What software are you slicing with?

What temp are you starting your hotend at?

Usually that error is about your hotend heater not being connected.

When i instelled my cooler, had this problem. The table temperatures was long out of temperature safety limit.
I needed to change the range temperature safety.
