    Leveling Knob Cannot Tighten Enough

I am very new to 3D printing, so please excuse me if I use incorrect terminology. I am using a Creality Ender 3 S1 Plus. When doing Aux Leveling, I am able to tighten/loosen corners 3, 4 & 5 (both back & front near touchscreen) to appropriate levels, but the knob at corner 2 (front opposite side from touchscreen) needs to be turned farther than it is capable of (it comes off before getting tight enough). After doing positions 3, 4 & 5, I attempt to adjust the Z Offset at position 1 (in Aux Level), and even though I am able to find an appropriate Z Offset, it is much higher than I would expect (it is 2.0-2.5), which I expect is (at least partially) because of the unsuccessful knob tightening. I also do the Auto Level after the Aux Level even though the Aux Level was unsuccessful. However, when I attempt to print, printing in different areas of the bed have very different results. Some areas end up flat or smooshed (implying that the Z Offset is to low) or have almost no adhesion at all (implying that the Z Offset is to high). Why is one adjustment knob/corner so off (which I assume is the source of the other problems)? Did I somehow bump of knock something out of place? If I did, what could it be & how can I fix it? Is there any other possible source of the problem? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
