    QU-BD ThreeUp v3 Not responding

Hi guys, I am new to printing so excuse my lack of lingo knowledge.

I have a QU-BD ThreeUp v3 that I bought a few weeks ago. I set everything up and it worked well. I use Repetier-Host and Sic3r and Marlin firmware. I started tuning the printer as best I could and I was getting OK prints. As my I tried to make taller parts the extruder started to rub on the previous layers. I found a youtube video on how I could adjust the settings with firmware for the Z-motors and I used Arduino to upload the modified firmware and things got a little funny.

After uploading the new firmware the printer would warm up and respond to manual commands, but when I try to print it just sits there not moving as the program says "printing....". I uninstalled and reinstalled Repetier-Host and got nothing. I tried MatterControl and it would move the extruder to the middle of the bed, lift up about 4 inches and just extrude out blocks of PLA without moving an inch.

I uninstalled EVERYTHING and got exactly the version of Arduino software, Repetier-Host, Marlin, and used the Slic3r profile they provided.

Still nothing. The printer can be heated and controlled, but when I click print it does nothing except keep the bed and extruder hot. When I quit the print, sometimes the printer becomes unresponsive and says something like "3 commands waiting". I disconnect and reconnect the printer and it regains manual control, but still will not print.

Any ideas or tips would be GREATLY appreciated!

When the printer warms up does the bed and or extruder hit the target temp. I have a printer which had this problem. the extruder would heat up to just about 5 degress below the actual target. Therefore it would never print.

      Yes and no

It does sometimes get all the way to the temp I set it and then sits there saying printing. Other times it will just sit at like exactly 50c when I want it at 55c or something like that. For the time being I was just lowering the temp to let it try to print to troubleshoot that part first.
