    They were pretty clear they wanted a receipt that I can't give them. This is like Whirlpool or Frigidaire telling you they won't sell you repair parts. It's insane.

    Wow, I would follow up and ask how you can become a registered owner since you bought sec hand. Or find a third party vendor.

    I can't believe it. I asked them if I could PAY for a replacement part. I got my printer used so I don't have a receipt and I'm not the original owner of it. I just want to buy a part to fix it. This is what I get back. No wonder they have the reputation as being the worst company with the worst products. Wow.. Just wow...



    "As per our company policy, we do not sell spare parts to the general public. Only to registered owners of the printer that needs repair or replacement of parts."
