I can't believe it. I asked them if I could PAY for a replacement part. I got my printer used so I don't have a receipt and I'm not the original owner of it. I just want to buy a part to fix it. This is what I get back. No wonder they have the reputation as being the worst company with the worst products. Wow.. Just wow...
