    Problem printing round objects

I'm new to 3d printing. I bought a used Da Vinci 1.0a that had already been flashed to Repetier. I'm having pretty good success printing, after a bit of a learning curve, but I have run into an issue. I would like to print penny whistles. When I print a tube, pretty much any tube, the inner layer is pretty much round, but the outer layer is oval-ish. when it does the fill it leaves a gap between the inner fill layer and the outer layer. I checked all the belts and the moving arm (Y-axis? I'm still figuring the naming out). The belt was a bit mis-aligned on one side, a couple of teeth, which I fixed. It helped, the inner circle is about right, but the outer layer is still off. I've attached a photo, not the best picture but it shows the problem. Its an early test piece so the inner circle is still a bit off. I was able to fix that but the outer skin is still the problem. I stopped this print after a couple of layers, so it's not complete... Any ideas what's going on?
