  • Anet A8 clone (Tronxy P802ma) Hotend temperature spike issue! help.

I've noticed that at about 238C, my hotend temp reading will jump up to 251C... so if I set it to say 245C it simply bounces back and fourth between the 2 temps.
I attached an image showing the spike (red line).

I have replaced the hotend, and the issue persists, therefore this has to be controller related.
Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?? its problematic when I need higher temps.

    Thanks!

  • Dual extruder and Ramps conversion to Tronxy P802MA

Hi, hope this is in the right section. After frying the Melzi board in my Tronxy 802 I decided to convert to ramps board as repairs should be cheaper in the future. More on that later. I have also decided to convert to dual extruders while the machine is out of action. I found a conversion on thingiverse and the job is proceeding nicely. I have attached some photos of progress so far. I am assuming that I will have to inform the Marlin firmware the distance between the nozzles, is this what is referred...

    My Tronxy P802MA-8 Saying Hello

VERY glad to find the forum.
Like lots of you I'm not interested in 3D printers, I'm interested in 3d Prints and how they can feed into my other work so having to juggle with the technology is just an irritation BUT: since I can only afford a cheapo printer I am now going to have to master it!
Currently I'm having a strange issue where the Z axis movement doesn't keep pace with the print and the nozzle bashes into the previously printed material.
    I'm restricted to controlling it...

    experiencing a new issue

HI. I've suddenly been experiencing some issues with adhesion to the bed and previously laid filament. I've attached some pictures. I've tried adjusting flow rates and temps without success but would like to hear any opinions, it might still be one of those I suppose. Also, it is warping to the extent that the nozzle catches the warped edge and detaches it from the bed.

    printer: tronxy p802ma
    material: pla
    bed: 55
nozzle: tried 190 - 210 with same issue

    Watertight vases are easy.

I have found a way to make watertight vases.(sorry if i misspell things i'm 13 and engelish is not my native toungue.) i took a vase from thingiverse. Then i changed the amount of bottom layers to 7. I used .1 mm layer height. (Slicer: repetier host. Slic3r.) then i printed it in pla and done. I printed on my tronxy p802ma.

    It's a vase from maakmijnidee.

    Does it work for you?
