That shouldn't be too hard. What are we talking about? 120-130 celcius, with a max of like 160? 15-20 psi, with max of like 40 right? Even standard ABS doesn't get soft until about 190 celius, and even then it stays pretty much in shape. You would definitely need to print with a high fill, 80%-100% for strength, plus use a solid filament like alloy 910. The strongest filament I've ever worked with is Taulman Alloy 910. I've built some pretty indestructible items, such as radio controlled quad copter stuff. It's so strong, but it's about double the price of standard filament. If you want to see this stuff in action, check out this video, it's insane. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EM4bl9CGQ2U

Nylon 680. Can find most anywhere. Got mine at Filaments.ca
I work in a large Canadian medical lab. After many hours of material research, this material successfully autoclaves various items used in the lab.

Thanks for the replies, I tried the regular ABS for Matter Hackers and it did not survive the Autoclave. Found some Polypropylene that did work.

We NANODAX is testing our glass-wool filled PP filament now. It passed 120degree 20min autoclave test. The test was done by one potential customer in Japan who develops medical equipments. If you like it, I will send you a reel of sample to you for the test. Because of fine glass wool, not robust glass fiber, our PP has much smaller CTE than ABS. Please refer this post on our filament. http://www.z-temp.co/forum/index.php?topic=31.0 Much more easier to use: https://twitter.com/sumomo1021/statu...36255205994496
If you would like to know about this material I will reply again anytime.
