    Help with ABS settings

Could anyone point me in the right direction. I have been printing PLA without any problems, but have been trying to help a friend with an adapter for a bottle cleaning plant. The adapter fits into his existing machine to hold bottles into place while they are jetted with water for cleaning. The adapter has a second, click in fitting to adjust it for smaller bottles.
The original PLA fittings work without a problem in terms of dimensions etc. but tend to distort with use because of the high temperature of the water. To try to get round this I decided to try printing the same fittings in ABS, that I understand should work at the temperature required. (Just below boiling)
However I am really struggling as the ABS tends to distort whilst being printed. I have altered the filament heating temperature and the bed temperature to 230, 110.
Could anyone point me in the right direction to solve this.
