Hello 3D printing people!
I have a big problem...I have CTC prusa i3 (chinese prusa remake) and it worked perfectly until last week... Extruder keeps getting jamed. I googled this problem and tried most of thigs it suggested but nothing seems to do the trick. The thing I'm suspicious about is that nozzle throat (without PTFE tube inside - I ordered a really cheap printer :P ) is not cooled enough causing it to melt PLA in place, where it shouldn't be melted yet. So I'm thinkig that the way that my throat is cooling is not good enough. I attached a photo where it can be seen how it is cooled. I tried to add thermal paste on the contact between throat and holding L mount. It makes no difference. Do you guys have the same problem or do you maybe have the same extruder as I do and it works fine? I spent the whole week trying to fix it (got pretty depressed as well :P ), extruder is properly calibrated and most of other things other people on forums suggested, doesn't fix the problem as well.
Thanks for your help! Any advice will be greatly accepted
