fresh build extruder motor not working

Just recently built a prusa i3 got the bed leveld and tried the level test print everything works except extruder motor. I can get it to extrude using the lcd screen and going into the extruder options. Im using repetier host and .92 firmware. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

make sure you are not in dry run mode and that the hot end is heating up to temperature
