I can not print properly. It seems the filament does not stick to each other

    Hello,

I can not print properly. I am using a PLA Filament, but I can not melt it at 200 C in the past, so I increase the temperature to 212 C.
The result is in the picture.

I use hair spray to print, but it does not work.

Somebody knows how to avoid this situation?

Honestly it looks to me like the nozzle is way too close to the build surface.

If that's not it I've gotten this from underextrusion (think partial clog or skipping extruder), print speed too high, both simultaneously...

Please check your 3D printing settings or mention them here. It seems your 3D printer is not calibrated properly or the print filament is not sticking to the bed.
Use a heated bed plate and adjust the height of the extruder.

I had a similar problem with my printer. On my model there is a fan that blows right on the the nozzle as it's printing and the fan had kept cooling down the temperature of the nozzle and confusing the sensor, etc on my 3d printer. I ended up shutting off the fan near the nozzle and that fixed the problem .
