printing holes then back to normal over and over again

Hello, I am fairly new to 3D printing. I have noticed when using some materials that a gap will form then it goes back to doing it correctly. It will not do this on all prints as I have just redone the print and it not do it. Very frustrating. In the attached photo you can see on the left how it should be and the right what is happening. On the left it is with Glow in the dark filament PLA+, but it has happened with TTY Copper. It just seems to have issues then correct. What is weird is that the other side of the figure is ok and does not have the issue. Also it seems to happen in the same spots when it does happen, no matter if it is the Copper or Glow filament. Any help is appreciated.

Is your filament tangled? Check if it isn't blocked.
Look if there is not a problem on your extruder. Check for a loose wheel that isn't locked well on his ax. Perhaps you can increase the tension of the spring on the extruder.
At last you could have a blocked nozzle or heathbreak.
