3D printing of rubber vacuum cups

    Hi all,

I am new to 3D-printing and am looking into the possibility of using it to produce some custom designs for vacuum cups. The cups that my company uses now are made of some sort of rubber. The intended application is for the pick-up tool in a dicing machine for plastic packaging (of electronic sensors and MEMS). The smallest feature sizes are currently in the 10's of microns, but there is the possibility of single digit microns in future.,

If anyone could point me in the right direction in terms of type of machine/process that is compatible for the application then I will greatly appreciate it. Please let me know if anything needs to be made clearer.

    Thanks!
    Alan

I am not sure if there is a 3d printer that will do rubber or close to it. May be some else can redirect you in the right direction
