3D printed objects get deformed when either the temperature settings of your 3D printers are not appropriate or when the printing filament does not possess an appropriate quality.
And you could prevent these troubles with some steps such as:
          • Find out the material settings of your 3D printer
          • Lessen the temperature of the hot end
          • Increase the 3D printing speed
          • Check the position of the fan
