Print overhangs failing to stay cool???

Recently, my Monoprice Select Mini v2's hotend fan was broken, and I replaced it with a cheap Amazon replacement. It fits and cools great, but overhangs cause a big problem. I have uploaded a livestrem of me printing with the new fan. The benchy I printed came out looking like the layers were not cooling right. Here is a link to the video... ***Start the video @39:00 minutes into it.

One reason might be that the fans rpms may be different from the original one or the voltages may be different

As obvious, the overhangs in a 3D printed object are parts that have nothing below them. And as a rule of thumb, it is advised to keep your overhangs less than or equal to 45 degrees.

However, if it is overhanging a bit more (more than 45 degrees), but failing to get cooled immediately, it could be a trouble with the temperature settings of your 3D printers.

And to resolve this, you could make use of some support structures to balance the overhangs. Apart from this, if possible, you could also separate the model into small prints and assemble them together.
