Is there a app I can use on my phone to slice like cura or simplify 3d?

Sorry, but there isn't. Phones aren't designed for processing power. They're not the right tool for that job

If you setup your printer using a raspberry pi and Octoprint, you can then add the slicer on it and access it over a network to your 3d printer on your phone.
