A little about me

Hi all I'm a faceter and electronic's hobbyist looking to prototype some new parts for my faceting rig.
I have been building my Prusa i3 for a couple of months now and i'm approaching the end.
I have had many issues and improvements along the way but i'm nearly there now.
I'm hoping that some of you fine people may be able to help with some of these issues I have.

Hi Paul, I have started to calibrate my prusa i3. All axis move including extruder I have set up the end stops hard and soft. I can extrude and reverse with out issue I have calibrated the filament length and set up the x,y,z calibration movement.
I'm now starting to try and print any stl file like 20mm-box. the printer moves to all the correct points and raises to each new layer but I get no call on the extruder to extrude filament. The stepper motor stays free through out the print.
I have also tried printing other calibration objects with the same issue.

I'm using Ramps1.4, Pronterface and sprinter.

Any ideas or pointers?
