I just switched to a new filament and I am getting a really rough surface to just one side of my prints (right side looking from the front of the printer). Looking back I was always getting a little bit of roughness on one side but this is really bad. I am not sure why but my theory is that it is a combination of the filament and the printer. I am going to run some tests to figure this out (change temp, speed, etc….) but I was hoping to get some feedback to help narrow down the attributes to fiddle with.
I have attached a pic of a side by side comparison of a previous print with the old filament and the print with the new filament.
