    Stainless nozzle

Hi! Iím wanting to purchase a printer to make my cookie cutters. After researching, it seems that brass nozzles could contain some traces of lead and itís recommended that I use stainless steel. If I change a nozzle out, are there other parts I need them change as well? Iím new to this.

I don't believe you need to change anything else. I saw this product online called ArtResin, which apparently is certified for direct food contact. If so, I recommend for you to coat your prints in this. Also because of how FDM printing works, bacteria can get trapped inside and along the ridges of your prints, so sealing the print would be best.
