    SSR-40DA with heater 220v

    here is the connection I made

    I launched repetier-host then m303 E-1 S90 C8. The temperature stagnates at 27.2 ° C.
    I found that the fuse of IEC 320 C14 10A burnt
    I do not know electricity. I think it's a power surge problem.

    Is the cabling scheme wrong?
    Is the fuse undersized?

    The breakers in the house are 16A. As I live in thailand, there is no third ground wire.

    Hi, you could have a undersized thermister.. Yes you should have a 3rd wire as a ground. What you could do is attatch a ground wire from the printer and the other end to the screw on the outlet faceplate. . You should be able to do this.

      The measurment thermistor is 161 Ohm (for me is not 100k 3950)
      I think wiring the ground cable after the first test of the silicone. (after all reading documentation, must have ground cable on plate aluminum, IEC and plug klixon under the plate too)
