I'm hoping someone here might be able to help. I purchased a new Flashforge Creator Pro 2 a couple of days and so far I have not been able to get it to print anything.
If I connect the machine to my PC and try to send a file across via Flashprint (latest version), it says that it's sending....then switches to idle.
If I put the file (I've tried .stl .gcode and .gx files) on an SD card and press "print", it sits still for a moment and then reboots the machine. I have tried reformatting the SD card to Fat32 and NTSF and neither have worked.
Any suggestions? Otherwise it's currently a very expensive paperweight.
