Well didn't find an answer here so I tore into the machine and found that the wiring on both thermocouples to each hot end were broken and/or pulled right out of the thermocouple. I can only assume that either they shorted out or are designed to fail to the maximum temp. Ordering new thermocouples and hoping that will fix it.
