Hi all,
I read this message on my FlashForge Creator Pro display (see attached file). I bought this 3d printer just three ago.
I'm already experiencing troubles with the platform. I seem this platform can't read its temperature...The display shows the platform at 0 deg.
When the preheating process is engaged, There's a message:
" Platform failure. Temperature reads are failing. "
I unsuccessfully completed these actions:
1. Restarted the printer
2. Push the "Reset" button"
3. Checked wiring connections on plate and motherboard --> OK
4. Restored to factory settings.
5. Updated the firmware (through Flashprint software).
No positive results.
I'm sure this problem might have occurred before, so I hope you have satisfying answer to provide me.
