    Flashforge Dreamer removable build surface.

Does anyone know a good removable surface for the flashforge dreamer?
Is there something that is not thick and not expensive?
I saw the Printinz removable surface but it is thick.
The Buildtak flexible surface system is expensive.
Is there something flexible, thin and not expensive?
I searched for PEI but I found surfaces that stick to the buildplate.
It doesn't have to be magnetic, I can add clips to hold the surface, right? Or the clips can melt?

I use a 3mm glass bed held on with 2 bulldog clips on all 4 of my Forge Dreamers.
I also use diluted PVA glue brushed on the hot glass as the adhesive for the ABS prints, which lock solid to the the build glass, untill the glass is removed/unclipped & cooled on a marble kitchen cooling slab.
when cooled, the prints ping off without needing any help at all.... Easy & reliable :-)

      Thanks for your reply.
I ordered the printinz plate, I will have to print a part to add to the z. But the part available is for Flashforge Creator pro. I don't know if it will work with the Flashforge dreamer or not.
Here it is: Flashforge Creator Pro (2016) Zebra Plate Shim found on #Thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1721862
Is the dreamer's design and dimensions in that area like the creator pro or different?

        Hi Christiane,
Mail me - private mail.... & share your email address.
I will send you the spacer shim I used for my Dreamer as a FFD file ready to print.

I have 4 dreamers & have a load of other print files for parts that will improve your machine considerably
When you see the part, you will know straight away where to locate it - between the two rear vertical linear bearing shells.
        Regards
        Grant B

Ok, I will send you my e-mail.
But the one you made is for the glass surface, right? Is it the same thickness as the printinz plate?
You added many upgrades to your printers.
Are the extra fans inside for PLA?

            Files sent.

The 120mm fans inside SUCK toward the case outer, to Stir the air not BLOW. I use the fans ALWAYS.
the coloured fan covers for the Extruder fans, are there because it hurts when I pokje a finger in them.... ha ha...
The shim you can adjust the height in the Forge Flash-Print software.... the part I sent is 3mm, but needs adjusting to 2.8mm, as the GLASS PLATE is detailed as 3mm, but is usually 2.85mm, but ok.
I use 2 Bull-Dog clips to secure the glass... I will send a picture from my phone later.

I also put LOTS more heat insulation around the extruder hot end & also under the print bed to allow for faster heating up times.

I have also sent files for hinges for the top lid & a handle for it also - pictures to follow.
            Regards
            Grant B

I got this glass bed from amazon no shim required. I use a qudi that has a 9x6 bed so might be abole to fit. I have had no problems with it just spray it with some aquanet and print.

Thanks but I ordered the printinz zebra plate.
I will see how it will work.
