I want to 3d print a type of model where it is on a base and from 1 angles that you look at it, it shows a word but then from another angles you view it at it says another word. the only issue is that I don't know what they are called.

I don't think there's a specific name for that alone. It's under the umbrella of perspective sculpture art which can include images that can be seen at only the right angle or from a certain vantage point. -
I would suggest you to draw your imagination on a good 3D designing software. You could easily adjust the angles of your figure and form it with a desired base. And in this, do not worry about what it is called. 3D printers would always help you print your imaginations.
