Help please. About to give up on 3D printing

I bought an Ender 3 Pro about two years ago. From day one, it printed great. I've run several spools of PLA through it and rarely had a problem with a print. I was using the stock magnetic pad on the bed and never had a problem with prints not sticking. The only thing I had done to the printer is add a BL Touch and upgrade the Marlin firmware for it, and replaced the teflon tubing with the brand named stuff (can't remember the name right now).

The problems started when I was trying to print a particularly large item and left it to run overnight. It had run out of filament during the night and in the morning it was still going like it was still printing (no run out sensor). I aborted the print, installed a new spool of PLA and tried printing again. Only this time, it wouldn't stick to the bed. Every print after that also would not stick to the bed. I thought maybe it was a bad spool of PLA, so I tried two others with the same result.

I have since upgraded to the v4.2.7 mainboard, replaced both fans, installed an all-metal extruder, replaced the bed leveling springs, installed the Slice Engineering bi-metalic hot end, and bought the Creality glass bed. If I print a raft, then it usually sticks to the bed, but then it will also warp.

I've tried leveling the bed many times to get a good baseline level, then printed the 5 square bed leveling test. Some of the squares barely stick to the bed and end up with strands sticking up, while others come out looking like they should. I've tried playing with the Z offset, but it doesn't seem to make any difference. I figured the BL Touch was supposed to compensate for the slight un-levelness of the bed anyway.

I don't know what else to try. I've literally wasted a whole spool of PLA trying to get it to print like it used to. It seems like the printer was ruined after it ran out of filament that one time. It's been collecting dust for the past ten months or so because I didn't know what else to do with it. I thought I'd try again now and I'm getting the same results. I'm about ready to get rid of it.
