    cr 10 s pro problem

    Hello,
I have had my creality cr 10s pro for 1,5 years by now. One year ago I upgraded the hotend to Microswiss and it has worked just fine, until now....
After a clog I cleaned everything and levelled the printer. but It didn't print. No filament out of the nozzle.
I deinstalled the hotend to try to find the cause.
When starting the machine I go to the manuel temp. setting and it says 357 celsius!.
Has anyone any idea what's wrong. What should I do?
    Best regards

Does the hotend automatically heat up when turned on?

No, when I start the machine the nozzle is cold and reains cold. But on the screen it says 357 degree Ccelcius.

I'm going to assume that 357C is the max temp and either the thermistor wiring is loose or there's a short causing it to display an incorrect value. Can you double check if the wirings loose or if there's a short somewhere? You might have to open up the printer to see the motherboard.
