Brand new Ender 5 pro Disaster

    Hello everybody.

I received a brand new Ender 5 Pro a few days ago. I assembled the printer and leveled the bed and tried a test print. The first problem was that the z axis moved only a half of what it should have moved. I managed to fix that with information on internet and adjusting the steps/mm settings that were off. After that I managed to print a perfect benchy. That was one of the few prints I managed to print successfully.

During next 10 prints at some random point the extruder started to slip every time I tried to print something and nothing seemed to help. The nozzle wasn't clogged or anything. But my problems didn't stop there.

after adjusting retraction and heat settings I started a longer print with new filament and after 10 hours of printing the extruder started to slip again. I heard it in time and paused the print and cut the filament and inserted it back and continued the print succesfully until the worst thing happened. When the print finished I started to hear a horrible noise from the printer and ran to take a look. For some reason the bed started to rise straight up right after the print had finished. It didn't just stop like it was supposed to, but started rising, causing the print to push down and twisting the bed and the hotend melted into my print. I cut the power from the printer to stop the bed from moving any more, turned it back on and lowered the bed. Now the bed is twisted and probably the hotend is ruined. I tried to contact creality support, but haven't had any answers yet.

Any Ideas what might have caused this!? Anything like this has never happened before with any other printers and I have never heard anything like this...
