When i start my 3d printer up (it's a CR 10s pro), the nozzle temperature reads 226 degrees Celsius despite the nozzle being cool to the touch, and my printer bed reads 30 degrees Celsius when I know for a fact it is not. I tried replacing the thermistor on the nozzle and the temperature reading was 226 degrees when the thermistor was unplugged and when the new thermistor was plugged in, so the thermistors are not the problem. I will mention that the temperature reading sways from around 225 degrees to 227 so it is reading SOMETHING in real time. Please help, and if you want any additional information to help solve my problem, please ask, thanks!. a Picture is attached

Do me a quick favor swap the bed thermometer and the hot end thermoster cable on the mobo.
Dose the error follow the cable?
Or dose it stay on the slot?
Dose them temp change to zero if unplugged or a - number?
If the temp never changes you have a bad mobo. Or or slot on the mobo.
If you are good with marilyn firmware you can swap to a unused temp port and still get it to work.
Or you are looking at a new mobo.

I wish I had better news for you.
It is not easy. You could the manufacturers website. To get a new mobo preflashed with thier firmware.
If not you will be putting in a new mobo and looking to install marlin firmware on it.
It's not quick but dooable.
Check chris riley. On youtube
He has some good walkthroughs
