So I am kind of new to the 3D printer world. I now have the Ender 3 Pro and I love it but I have been having issues with my infill. I juse Cura for my slicer program. When it is printing the walls it does great but when it comes to the infill it seems to be running over it and braking the infill. I was told that my bed wasn't level so I got a glass bed and the BLtouch. My bed is Level but it still runs through the infill. I could use some help figuring this out.

Ender 3 Pro Infill Problems

I'm running an Ender3 with Creality Glass bed. No BLTouch.
It looks more as if you're getting under-extruding on the infill. Check the Infill speed settings in Cura and turn them down and see if that helps. Default infill speed is 84 so try 64 and see if that improves your infill.
if you check your settings for PLA as well, try 205 C for your nozzle temp and 60 C for the bed.

If the tip is hitting the infill you'll see a buildup of filament around the nozzle and the piece can even be knocked loose from the bed as you print. Is there any filament collecting on the nozzle?
Listen closely as it prints, is the knocking noise coming from the nozzle or is it coming from the Extruder Gear and the Filament making grinding/knock/pop noise?

Choosing the best Infill settings for your 3D Print can be tricky - too little and your part might not be very strong, but too much and you waste time and ma...Last edited by smithclarkson001; 09-20-2019, 05:01 AM.
