    print problem

    Hi,

I change the filament type and I get bad results, the blue one is my old filament the white one is the new, some body can help me to configure my print values.

    material : PLA

    My printer is Anet e10
    Thanks

That is 'natural' pla? I had the same issue, had a bit of a look around and a lot of people suggested using a filament oiler and it worked for me. Basically you feed your filament through a small sponge that has a very small amount of vegetable oil on it. I just replaced my sponge inside my filament duster, I just swap it in when I need it.

As you start trying to debug the various issues going on with your settings and this new PLA, check out the link attached to this post. Simplify3D has an incredibly impressive visual troubleshooting guide for diagnosing issues and improving your prints.

In general though, it seems like there's a large amount of variability between filaments and switching between manufacturers or even just different colors can require some temp/speed recalibration to dial things back in.

Good luck, take things slow, and be sure to take notes on what works for the future!

The white one might have excessive (moisture)water content. Dry it in the oven and retry.

I dry it in the oven the result is better but not like the blue one, I'll try to change the speed parameter, I use CURA skicer

              Thanks,
This is the result after change the print speed from 60 to 30

( I also dry the filament in the oven for 5 hours at 50c temperature)

Is there anything else to do?

At this point I would increase the flow rate. I would go to about 120% from the looks of the picture, but print something a bit smaller and gauge it from there.

I find the problem with the design software , also I use higher temperature 240 for pla and all work fine.

                  Thank you for help
