I have a brand new Monoprice Delta Pro 3d Printer. This thing sucks. Everywhere I look, there are people able to print super high-quality parts with it, and get quality as fine as 0.15MM from it. I cannot. It barely feeds, and if I want to print anything in a more fine resolution than 0.4MM, I can't. It doesn't even get halfway done with the first layer before the layer lifts and clogs the printer. I got this printer specifically for the high print quality everyone seems to get, yet I simply can't. I have poured over 20 hours into trying to get it working, from messing with start gcode, to changing settings in the printer itself, even manually adjusting each individual aspect of the printer. There is no bed adhesion, and it barely seems to function. I've tried painters tape, glue, everything. It doesn't fix the problem. If there is anyone here who has ideas or even start and end gcode to share that would make the printer work, please do share it, because as of right now, I'm considering getting a refund, and if they don't give me one, I'm going to start looking into possible legal action I can take, because the damn thing doesn't work. If it does come down to this, does anyone have any printer recommendations that I can put my money towards instead of this damned piece of shit printer I currently have? And don't you dare recommend me any XYZprinting printers, I used to have one. The fact that you can ONLY use XYZprinting filament on it drove me away.
I'm not going to spend another 1000$ on a printer that can't even function as it's supposed to.
