Dremel 3D45 filament stuck in extruder

Looking for suggestions...I work in a high school and after the shut down in the spring and a very different set up for this school year, I hadn't touched our Makerspace's 3D printer since March. When I went back to it this past month, the filament was stuck. I tried all of the troubleshooting from their website and looked at some YouTube videos and we still can't get it out. Heated everything, used the purge option, tried to push it through physically, took it apart as much as we could, put acetone down there and let it sit overnight, and there is still this one piece that just won't come out. Any ideas? Thank you!!!

What kind of filament? ABS, PLA, PETG or something else? Acetone isn't going to do anything to any of those except ABS. Is the filament stuck in the nozzle itself or some other part of the hotend? You may need to heat it up and remove the nozzle.

Dremel has extensive troubleshooting steps on their site and we followed them all. I did reach out to them and they sent the same steps again and are sending a replacement part (for free, which was very nice). Good to know that acetone only works on ABS because the filament stuck in there is PLA. Thanks!
