Tronxy X5sa pro bed keeps dropping before printing.

Ok so I have been using 2 Anycubic I3 mega's that have had no real issues. minor things here and there. Decided I wanted a bigger printer and was going to get a Creality Cr20 V2 but decided to same a few Dollars and went with the Tronxy X5sa Pro. Have been trying to get the z axes to set but seems to drop 20cm as soon as the print begins letting the plastic just droop out onto the bed. Every thing is level the firmware is up to date and no issues with the stepper motor. Any help would be useful or if I should just return it being with in the return window for the Creality. Loosing a bit of build volume for a better machine would not hurt me that bad. Any input please and thank you for the time.

Post your g-code. It'll help figure out if it's and offset or slicer issue somewhere.

Is it printing in mid air, or is it dropping, releasing filament, and then going back up, and printing on the bed?

I am now having the same problem. Mine drops about 2 mm. It effects the entire print because it just makes a mess.
