    Heated Bed on Tronxy X1

I bought a delf-adhesive 150x150 silicone heater pad with thermistor for my Tronxy X1.
It is now attached to the underside of an aluminium build plate with a build surface attached to the top.
To fit it on the Tronxy, I cut an insulating layer (about 1.5mm thick) to suit andcut a small section out of the Tronxy acrylic bed to fit the cable exit from the heater pad.
Then relevelled my bed to the new height and moved the limit switch to suit.
The Melzi board in the controller has connectors for a bed thermistor and for a heater. However, the powers supply is not suitable to power it. So I installed a suitable DC-DC SSR (relay) inside the controller, and added a connector socket for a second separate 24V power supply for the 120W bed heater. So all the Tronxy controller board has to do is switch the relay on an off.
BUT: I cannot find anywhere to enable the heater.or set the temperature.... I can't find any settings in the eeprom settings or anywhere else.
So I downloaded the Repetier Firmware and looked through that, with the view to enable it, compile it and reflash the Tronxy. But I still can't find where to enable ithefirmware.... Maybe I'm looking in the wrong spot or I'm missing something in my thinking....
Anyone else gone down that track yet?
    CHeers,
    Joe
