Weird raised perimeter around holes, looks like over extrusion. Looking for insight.

This is on a maker select V2 running 50mm/sec and cura's embedded slicer in repetier-host.. I noticed this so I went ahead and lowered X/Y Accel from 1000 to 800 and jerk from 20 to 8 (This was to alleviate x axis ringing which it did). I have included a pic of the issue I am having as well as my print settings. I'm not sure what I can do about this but It seems to be due to the quick start/stop and perhaps over extrusion while this is occurring. The pics included are the item printed 90 deg apart to see if that would change it (It did not) I then also noticed I have some Y axis ringing even w/ the Z braces and jerk set to 8. Opinions would be great.

Update.. Fixed the ringing w/ bracing of idlers and belt tension but still have those bulges where there are inlays and holes.

It looks like overspeed at the corners. Possibly making some stability problems from your carriage worse.

Check out ringing and vibration here:

I think I've got the ringing licked. I do see the sometimes corner bulges as well as the bulges in depressions. My outside layer is already at 45, think I should try to slow it down to maybe 30?

Trial and error. Let us know how it goes?

I have most of the ghosting resolved by tightening the belts and zip tying the floating side of the Y axis idler to support it. I also raised my x/y print speed back to 1000 and jerk to 15 and the blobbing is gone as well. Still have the raised area around the indentations in the item (Holes and X/Y letters) but I'm not sure how to deal w/ that exactly. I will try to slow it down and see but I doubt that's the issue.

So after some research I think this video pretty well explains what I'm running into. Hopefully others will find this useful as well. About 10 minutes in. Basically the accel is too slow and the print speed is too fast so the extruder is sitting at the same place too long allowing over extruding as I suspected. I'm going to try to bring my accel. back up and reduce print speed as a test.
